No âmbito do projeto EMERGING , convidou-se o professor, artista e investigador Till Ansgar Baumhauer de Dresden, Coordenador do projeto europeu EU4arts, a apresentar no dia 20 de junho, no Auditório Lagoa Henriques, uma conferência, On collective Memory and Transcultural Visual Discourse.
Till Ansgar Baumhauer PhD is a fine artist, curator, and author living in Dresden (Germany). After fine arts studies in Berlin (UdK) and Dresden (HfBK), he has been teaching in- and outside the academic field for almost 20 years. Since 2020, he has been employed at HfBK Dresden; since 2021, he has been working there as project leader and speaker of the Horizon2020-funded project “EU4ART_differences” with a focus on artistic research which involves the art academies of Budapest, Dresden, Rome and Riga. Baumhauer holds a PhD in fine arts from Bauhaus University of Weimar and received a postdoc scholarship there as well. He has internationally taught and given lectures at fine arts academies and universities in Vietnam, Pakistan, Austria, Romania, Israel, Croatia and Germany.
